Long time...no post

Sorry for the delay in a post. I've been super busy with school, work, clarinet and band. I love all those things, but sometimes it can be too much. I haven't been cooking much, though tonight my mom and I made linguine with red clam sauce. So good! I decided to switch it up and use spaghetti squash instead of the linguine....great way to get extra fiber. Then I had an amazing night with my boyfriend. I really can't believe how lucky I am to have him in my life. Anyway, I really gotta work on my Daring Bakers challenge within the week or I'm S.O.L. so to speak. Signing off for tonight
